A turn up for the books. Its rare to see these little critters around our waters. Coch-y-bonddu beetles are more generally found around moorland areas. Its fantastic to see them turn up at Chew Valley in strong numbers as they provide a food source for a wide variety of bird and fish species not least our infamous trout!
